Yoga combines physical movement, breathing exercises, and stretches for a holistic approach to wellness. It enhances your flexibility, strength, and mental clarity through various styles that can suit everyone from beginners to seasoned yogis.

Pilates

Pilates is a low-impact exercise method where controlled movements, breathing techniques, and equipment (such as a Pilates Reformer) are combined for a full-body workout. It will help you improve posture, flexibility, and your overall fitness.

Weight Training

Weight Training combines free weights, machines, and resistance bands to target and fatigue specific muscle groups. You'll refine your form, build muscle, and improve your overall fitness.

Personal Training

Personal training is one-on-one fitness instruction with a trainer. You'll get personalized guidance to help you lose weight, build muscle, and meet other fitness goals, whatever they may be.

Strength & Conditioning

Strength and conditioning is a comprehensive approach to physical fitness that combines weight training and cardiovascular exercises. You'll improve your athletic performance by building muscle and increasing endurance.

Do you offer a free trial?

We offer a 2-week trial so you can experience our classes before committing.

Do I have to be fit before I join?

Absolutely not! Our classes are designed for all fitness levels, and instructors provide modifications.

Do I need a membership to attend?

No! You can purchase class packs, a drop in class or join as a member.

What types of classes do you offer?

Strength training, bootcamp, kickboxing, Pilates, yoga, booty bands, core, step and specialty classes.

I've never lifted weights before. Is that okay?

Yes! Many of our members started with little or no experience. We'll teach you proper form and help you build confidence.

Do I need to sign up for classes?

Yes. We recommend reserving your spot through our app since some classes fill quickly.

Do you offer childcare?

Yes! Childcare is available during select class times for members with a childcare worker on staff making sure all children are safe 

What ages do you accept in childcare

We accept newborns and up. As long as Mom is cleared by a Dr to resume exercises then she is able to bring her baby with her 

Is EmpowerHER Fitness only for women?

Yes! We are a women-only fitness community focused on helping women feel strong, confident, and supported.

Can beginners join?

Definitely! Every workout can be modified to meet your fitness level.

Do you work with prenatal or postpartum women?

Yes! We welcome expecting and postpartum moms, and our instructors can provide modifications.

What should I bring to class?

Water, clean athletic shoes, a yoga mat and a positive attitude! We provide the equipment.

I'm nervous to join. Will I fit in?

Absolutely! Most of our members felt the exact same way before walking through our doors. At EmpowerHER Fitness, you'll find a welcoming, judgment-free community where women of all ages, sizes, and fitness levels encourage one another. You don't have to be "in shape" to start—you just have to show up. We'll help with the rest.
